Our first 20 verified accounts can enroll with DOLLHOUSE. One place per account, with 90 days starting when you enroll. Explore every released family, outfit, toy, pet and house, including releases during your beta. No card and no automatic billing. When the beta ends, Free Play continues.
Pro · $5.99 USD per month
Pro includes the Miller home and our second home when it is released, plus every released doll, outfit, toy and pet. The second home is in development; no release date is promised. Pro is $5.99 USD per month plus applicable tax and renews monthly until you cancel. Stripe calculates tax from your billing location and shows your total before you confirm payment.
Premium · $12.99 USD per month · Coming soon
Premium is planned at $12.99 USD per month plus applicable tax. It will open with our third home and include all seven neighborhood homes, parks and schools as they are released. It is not available to purchase yet. Woodland Trails is still being built and is unavailable to every plan for now.
Manage your subscription
Your account is where you sign in and see your membership. To manage a paid subscription, sign in with the email address you joined with, then choose Manage subscription & billing. You can update your payment method, view invoices or cancel renewal through Stripe. Free Play and Founding 20 have no automatic billing and need no cancellation.
If you cancel renewal, your access continues through the paid period, then returns to Free Play. Cancelling renewal is not an automatic refund. For a billing problem or refund request, contact smorris@cloud10analytics.com; Stephanie will review the request. This does not limit rights that apply under local law.
Your scene stays safe
When membership access ends, your saved items are preserved. Items outside Free Play stay locked until access returns; the kitten and pet bed are hidden in Free Play. Account access works across browsers, but scenes and original drawings stay with the browser where you played. Keep using the same website and browser to return to your house. Clearing website data can remove local saves and drawings. If you need help with saving, keep the page open and contact Stephanie before clearing browser data. See Help and Privacy for details.
